Annoyingly, most of my "worth the hype" things are things I have to do, rather than buy. Things like go for a walk when I'd rather scroll. Clean up the kitchen before I go to bed. Etc. I never feel like doing it, but I'm always glad I did! But also, the Lemme Sleep gummies are worth the hype if you want to sleep like a corpse and don't have any of Victoria Ratliffe's lorazepam.

Cleaning the kitchen before bed is SO hype worthy. The next morning of “aw, who left things so nice??”

Also fluffing the couch and folding the blankets before bed. Waking up before my child and coming downstairs to a tidy living room to have a mug of tea before the chaos starts is so worth the hype.

These recommendations are top tier! - My live up to the hype things are

- ClassPass + YMCA subscription to switch it up

- Magnesium for sleep ( holy grail)

- A good bakery or cafe that’s walking distance ( takeaway to eat in bed on Sundays )

- German Nivea

These are SO GOOD. Now I want to influence some enterprising neighbor to open a bakery. Hmmmmmmm

I may be stealing your affirmations; especially “may what’s meant for me come with ease.” I have been doing a morning meditation based on Stoicism and it’s been the best way to start a day (or end if I forget in the AM). Also, Erika’s tip to unbranded jewelry on TRR is brilliant. Any tips to how to get to that particular scroll?

TaskRabbit idea is no joke. I ordered an IKEA desk for my son and hired someone to put it together. I’m never putting furniture together all by myself again. Life Changed.

I’ve been debating the Hatch bc my husband has recently turned to using a white noise playlist on his iPad but I think we need the real deal. Perfect Father’s Day gift idea!! And I co-sign on the pouch idea! I actually have 3 in my bag organized by makeup/personal care, meds/first aid, essentials like wallet and keys…and then throw in a snack pouch for the kiddos before we leave the house. I’m literally a pouch lady 😂

100% agree with a loose meal plan for the week. Such a time and brain saver! On my side of the fence, these four things are so worth the hype:

1. Barry's. HIIT for the physical win and the mental focus. I don't miss a class regardless of life happening.

2. Snail Mucin. It's not an overnight difference but you'll *see* the difference after about a week.

3. Peptides in your skin care. What a boost to other serums and moisturizers!

4. Waking up before everyone else. It's so nice to have the place quiet and all to yourself for an hour or two.
