I came to say the same thing!! I think the quadrants are the same but in the Eisenhower Matrix they are labeled “do” “schedule” “delegate” and “eliminate.” It has single handedly changed the way I operate.
Love it except I’m sort of attached to my “not urgent and not important” activities and I fear they’ll fall under “eliminate” 🤪🫠
